there was a lot of food for breakfast, it was excellent. the rooms were perfectly clean with tea or coffee, ac plus soft bed, and i had a wonderful stay overall.

The location is fantastic, close to a Metro stop. the staff were excellent – friendly and helpful. Our room was beautifully clean, brand-new, and had a comfortable bed. We loved the tea provided. the food was delicious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and I was impressed with how thoroughly the property was cleaned by the staff. The location was convenient, as it was directly in front of a metro station and close to the business area. It was also a nice touch that I could eat my takeout dinner from the nearby market at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and provided great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. The basic amenities were clean and beautiful. I only wish there were more stands for drying towels and hangers for clothing. In terms of breakfast, it was good value for money, although I expected a bit more variety. my experience at this hotel was fantastic!

Despite a couple of small drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this guesthouse for its outstanding service and great value for money.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better, just opposite a metro station and right in the center of the city. the staff is always on top of everything and very friendly, providing recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean.

Some guests may not appreciate the fact that baggage storage after checkout is charged at a high rate.

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The area was bustling with activity and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The free Wi-Fi was great and very useful for staying connected with family and friends back home. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the bed was soft and comfy.

The shared bathrooms were a bit of an issue for me. I wasn't used to sharing such facilities with other guests, and it felt uncomfortable at times.

the staff were helpful and accommodating, which was much appreciated. the room was also equipped with air conditioning, a much-needed escape from the heat.

We found the shared facilities to be lacking in cleanliness. the noise level was also quite high, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.

They provided directions and sightseeing advice, and even followed up with us after our stay to return a forgotten adapter. the guesthouse's location right by the Parque Metro stop made it convenient to explore the main historical area. The delicious breakfast and comfortable bed added to our enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing 🌟.
